Structure of Negoziando, Headquarter, Logistic Units and Stores

The structure of Negoziando is based on different modularity levels:

The Headquarter

The Headquarter is the entity that manages the information flow from and to the Stores.

For Negoziando, the task of the Headquarter is to centralize and to standardize all data in order for all Stores to get correct and detailed information and to be updated accordingly. There can be "Secondary Head-offices" as well (referred to as "logistic units"), whose task is to manage groups of stores; this enables a "Master Franchisee" or a foreign sister company to govern itself independently, according to the limits established by the Headquarter. Through a "standard flow" , the main task of the Headquarter is to obtain and to analyse all data in order to properly manage the chain of stores and to supply them with the relevant information, according to new operation logics.  All back-ups are performed and managed by the Headquarter, not only concerning data, but configurations and parameters as well.

The Store

The Store is responsible for sending all data concerning the activities performed during the day to the Headquarter and/or to the Secondary Head-office. The program makes it possible to determine the different autonomy levels of the Store and to enable some typical functions of the Headquarter (for instance: on-site coding of customers, suppliers and items); this way, all information managed by the Store will be transmitted to the Headquarter and to the Secondary Head-offices. The Store doesn't carry out any backup, as all information get stored in the Server of the Headquarter.
